J Fresh

Ingredients

Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Bamboo Leaf Extract, Rosemary Extract

Directions

  • Add 50ml of J Fresh to 50 pounds (22.7kg) of juice concentrate.
  • Mix completely at a low rate avoiding air bubble formation until completely dissolved/dispersed.
  • Product can then be pasteurized, filled, and refrigerated to maintain quality.
  • For single strength juice, use 50ml of J Fresh per 6 gallons (30kg) of product.
  • For 65 brix juice, use 50ml of J Fresh per 4.5 gallons (22.5kg) of product.

K Fresh Kimchi Preservative

Ingredients

Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Bamboo Leaf extract, Cinnamon Extract

Directions

  • Add 50ml of K Fresh per 50 pounds (22.7kg) of cabbage to the required amount of red pepper paste.
  • Mix completely at a low rate avoiding air bubble formation until completely dissolved / dispersed.
  • Apply the paste evenly onto the cabbage.

V Fresh Vegetable Preservative

Ingredients

Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Bamboo Leaf Extract, Rice Bran Extract

Directions

  • Add 50ml of V Fresh per 950ml of water
  • Spray liberally over the surface of vegetables so that maximum coverage is achieved on the surface.
  • Allow to air dry.
  • Repeat every 8 hours for a maximum of 24 hours at normal roomtemperature.
  • If the product is to be stored below 45°F / 7°C, only one application is necessary, but the product must be dried completely before refrigeration.
